The Theater is Taking Shape: Structural Works Now Under Way

With excavation successfully completed, the start of the building construction marks a major milestone. In this phase, the concrete, steel and timber construction works will be carried out, creating the structures that will now give the new theatre its visible form. The topping-out milestone is scheduled for the end of 2026, with the opening of the venue planned for the end of 2027.

Covering an area of around 12,000 m², the project will provide modern theatre, audience and backstage facilities designed to meet the highest standards in functionality, construction quality and user comfort. A particular focus is being placed on comprehensive accessibility to ensure equal and convenient access for all visitors.
